Enhancing Senior Management and Sponsor Support

How can you identify and use the convincing strategies of key executives/sponsors?

What's a "convincing strategy?" This is only part of what you'll learn. How about how to distinguish between commitment and involvement? And take your pick of this bunch: using techniques for actively engaging stakeholders; forming powerful, convincing messages to even the most skeptical executive; avoiding trouble when trouble comes knocking at your project's door.

The Focus.  This webinar teaches how to get active support and involvement of managers, senior managers, key users, management, and project sponsors. New research reveals that project sponsors are much less involved in projects than prudent.  Twenty-four percent of the respondents to a recent survey reported that sponsors are "practically invisible." Sixty-eight percent report that  sponsors are "only involved when a crisis occurs."
